T\u00fcm \u0130BB ekiplerimiz teyakkuz halinde, t\u00fcm devlet kurumlar\u0131yla koordineli \u015fekilde g\u00f6rev ba\u015f\u0131ndalar. \u0130stanbul depremi ile ilgili m\u00fccadele, kurumlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir beka m\u00fccadelesidir. Deprem meselesi se\u00e7im kazanmaktan, koltuk h\u0131rs\u0131ndan \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir meseledir. Bu nedenle acilen birli\u011fe, beraberli\u011fe, dayan\u0131\u015fmaya ve ortak akla ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131r. Depremle m\u00fccadele konusunda merkezi h\u00fck\u00fcmetle birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmek ad\u0131na muhtelif \u00f6nerilerimiz oldu. Bu vesileyle tekrar hat\u0131rlatmak isterim ki; kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmden altyap\u0131 ve \u00fcst yap\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmelerine, ye\u015fil alanlardan ula\u015f\u0131ma, do\u011fan\u0131n korunmas\u0131ndan kentsel geli\u015fim prensiplerine, finansmandan b\u00fct\u00fcn kurumlarla i\u015f birli\u011fine, \u0130stanbul ve yak\u0131n b\u00f6lgesini kapsayan geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma zorunluluktur. Ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 seferberlik duygusuyla, \u0130stanbul Deprem Konseyi \u00f6nerimiz mutlaka harekete ge\u00e7irilmelidir.
